If you are evaluating AlphaBot for an active desk, a prop firm, or for higher capital allocations than the standard tiers cover, talk to sales. We will walk you through the capability matrix, region selection, custody model, and any account-onboarding diligence you need.

Pricing for the standard tiers is published on our pricing page. Enterprise pricing is custom.

For account, billing, configuration, or trade-flow questions from existing customers.

Support hours are Mon–Fri, 09:00–21:00 UTC. Off-hours emails are queued and answered the next business day. Enterprise contracts include 24/7 critical-incident escalation; details are in your MSA.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please email security@deeplogic.software. We acknowledge reports within one business day and aim to triage critical findings within 72 hours. See our security page for the full vulnerability disclosure policy.

Please do not include exploit details or proof-of-concept payloads in social-channel messages — use the email above so we can route the report to the right engineer without exposing it publicly.
