Phase 6: jurisdiction-specific legal review pending.
This document is a placeholder describing the general principles we follow. It is not legal advice and is not jurisdiction-specific. A reviewed, locale-aware version per Tier-1 jurisdiction (US, EU, UK, Turkey, Brazil, Vietnam) will replace this stub before paid acquisition launches in that region.
1. Who we are
AlphaBot is operated by Deeplogic. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” in this policy refer to Deeplogic.
2. What we collect
- Account information you provide on sign-up: email, display name, and a password hash.
- Exchange API keys you choose to connect. Stored encrypted at rest using cloud-managed keys.
- Usage telemetry needed to operate the service: request logs, error traces, and aggregated performance metrics.
- Billing information processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers ourselves.
3. What we do not collect
- We do not request withdrawal-scoped exchange permissions.
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
4. How we use data
To provide and operate the service, to communicate with you about your account, to detect and prevent abuse, and to comply with applicable law.
5. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
6. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. On account closure, personally identifying data is deleted within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
7. Your rights
You can request export, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@deeplogic.software.
8. International transfers
We process data on cloud infrastructure that may be located outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on standard contractual safeguards. Locale-aware notices for GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, and equivalent regimes will replace this stub during Phase 6.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
