AAlphaBot

Docs

Public, high-level documentation. Account-specific guides live inside the dashboard after sign-in.

Getting started

AlphaBot connects to your exchange account via API keys that you create yourself. The flow takes about three minutes:

  • 1. Create an account — sign up at app.alphabot.deeplogic.software.
  • 2. Generate API keys on your exchange trade permission only. Do not enable withdrawal permission.
  • 3. Paste the keys into the AlphaBot dashboard and choose your daily and per-trade caps.
  • 4. Start in paper mode for as long as you want before turning on live trading.

How AlphaBot works

AlphaBot reads public market data and the state of your own account, then sends limit and market orders to the exchange on your behalf. All orders respect the limits you set in the dashboard. Funds remain custodied by the exchange you chose; AlphaBot never holds, transfers, or commingles user assets.

The agent runs continuously in the cloud. If your connection or the exchange has an outage, AlphaBot will pause and resume automatically when conditions normalize.

What we publish

  • Signed releases with publicly verifiable signatures.
  • Per-account audit log, exportable as CSV or JSON.
  • Quarterly chaos-test reports summarising recovery behaviour.

What stays private

  • The specific decision logic and parameters of the agent.
  • Aggregated counterparty and venue information.

Frequently asked questions

Can AlphaBot withdraw my funds?

No. AlphaBot does not request, store, or use withdrawal-scoped API permissions. If you accidentally enable a withdrawal scope on your exchange key, AlphaBot will not exercise it.

What exchanges are supported?

The current list of supported venues is shown inside the dashboard during the connection flow.

Can I disconnect at any time?

Yes. Disconnecting in the dashboard immediately stops new orders. You can also revoke the API key directly on your exchange at any time.

How is my data protected?

API secrets are encrypted at rest using cloud-managed keys. See the Security page for the full overview.

Where is support?

Email support@deeplogic.software. Response times by plan are listed on the Pricing page.
