Terms of Service

Phase 6: jurisdiction-specific legal review pending.
This document is a placeholder describing the general principles we follow. It is not legal advice and is not jurisdiction-specific. A reviewed, locale-aware version per Tier-1 jurisdiction (US, EU, UK, Turkey, Brazil, Vietnam) will replace this stub before paid acquisition launches in that region.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AlphaBot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AlphaBot is software that connects to your exchange account using API keys you provide and places orders on your behalf within the limits you configure. AlphaBot does not custody, hold, or transfer user assets.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade the assets you choose to trade through the service.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the API keys you create on your exchange.
- You are responsible for the trading limits you configure and the risk associated with automated trading.
- You are responsible for taxes and reporting in your jurisdiction.
5. Risk disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk. Automated trading does not eliminate that risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You can lose all or more than the assets you allocate.
6. Fees and billing
Subscription fees are described on the Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time in the dashboard.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
