Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-06

Phase 6: jurisdiction-specific legal review pending.

This document is a placeholder describing the general principles we follow. It is not legal advice and is not jurisdiction-specific. A reviewed, locale-aware version per Tier-1 jurisdiction (US, EU, UK, Turkey, Brazil, Vietnam) will replace this stub before paid acquisition launches in that region.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. We also use comparable technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage; for the purposes of this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

2. Categories of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site and dashboard to function: authentication session, CSRF token, locale selection, security features. These cannot be disabled.
  • Preferences. Remember non-essential UI choices such as theme or chart layout. You can clear these from your browser at any time.
  • Anonymous analytics. Aggregated, IP-truncated usage telemetry that helps us see which pages need work. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. What we do not use

  • No third-party advertising trackers.
  • No cross-site behavioral profiling.
  • No social-network tracking pixels.
  • No fingerprinting beyond what the browser already exposes.

4. Your choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out of the dashboard and may break parts of the site; blocking preferences cookies just resets your UI choices on each visit.

5. Per-jurisdiction notice

In jurisdictions that require explicit consent for non-necessary cookies (notably the EU/UK), we will surface a consent prompt before any preference or analytics cookie is set. This stub will be replaced with the locale-aware document during Phase 6.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
