Where Bitsgap is better

Bitsgap is a mature, broad product with real strengths. Here is where it legitimately wins, and we say so plainly.

  • Unified multi-exchange terminal. One dashboard for spot and futures across many venues, with smart orders and a polished retail UX. If you actively trade by hand and want one screen, that is a legitimate strength.
  • Exchange coverage. 17+ connected venues out of the box, including smaller spot exchanges. Our connector roster is narrower by design — focused on the venues where futures execution matters most.
  • Passive Grid and DCA depth. Long-running grid setups with safety orders, AI-suggested ranges, and trailing logic. We are deliberately futures-first and do not chase the passive-grid segment.
  • Lower starter pricing. Basic and Advanced tiers are a more comfortable on-ramp for small accounts than ours. We start higher because the dedicated execution stack costs more to operate.
  • Beginner accessibility. Templates, presets, and tutorials cover the new-user funnel well. We deliberately do not target $300–$1,000 accounts and do not optimise for that on-ramp.

Where AlphaBot wins

The deliberate differences. Each one is measurable.

  • Auto exchange-proximity deployment. Your bot’s region is selected from measured RTT to the exchange API and re-tested continuously. Bitsgap runs on generic cloud with no per-exchange region routing surfaced.
  • Net PnL, not gross. Every decision includes maker/taker fees, funding, spread, and expected slippage in the EV calculation. The dashboard shows the row breakdown — no hidden costs.
  • Order-book microstructure, not indicators. Execution decisions react to imbalance, queue position, and liquidity depth — not RSI/MACD with a delayed candle, and not fixed grid bands.
  • Portfolio-level risk engine. One engine controls correlated exposure across pairs, with an account-wide kill switch and liquidation-distance guard. Per-bot stop-losses cannot see the account as one position.
  • Live proof on own capital. We publish the demo bot’s equity curve, drawdowns, and losing days. User counts and Trustpilot reviews are not the same kind of evidence.
  • Futures-first focus. Our entire product is designed for short-timeframe perpetual futures traders. Bitsgap supports futures bots but the default product family is spot Grid/DCA across many venues.

Choose Bitsgap if…

  • You want a unified terminal across many spot and futures venues with smart orders.
  • You run passive Grid or DCA setups and want presets and AI-suggested ranges.
  • You value broad exchange coverage over execution depth on a single venue.
  • You want a $24–$149/mo tier ladder and don’t need a dedicated execution stack.

Choose AlphaBot if…

  • You trade crypto futures actively and care about latency, fill quality, and fees.
  • You want auto exchange-proximity deployment with a real measured benchmark.
  • You want net PnL after fees, funding, and slippage as the default display.
  • You want one risk engine controlling correlated exposure across all your pairs.
  • You want public live proof on own-capital trading, not testimonials or user counts.
